Ayurveda cooking talk with our resident yoga master & Ayurvedic expert, Vettri Selvan
12.45pm Nutritional & organic lunch, menu created by our resident nutritionist
2.30pm Market garden tour & talk on the importance of eating organic, whilst picking your own produce to take home.
4.00pm Relaxing & flowing abdominal massage, plus full body massage, from one of our expert therapists.
