The Haybarn at Daylesford welcomes you to our weekend retreat in the stunning surroundings of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the English countryside. Our weekend has been created by leaders in their field, designed to leave you feeling rested, energised and cared for. Days will be filled with yoga, fitness, meditation and finding inner balance, whist enjoying delicious organic food freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients from Daylesford.

Friday 23rd March: 6.00pm Check in and tour of the site | 8.00pm Evening & wind down yoga.
Saturday 24th March: 7.00am Cleansing drink in the Haybarn, then stretch & breath session | 7.30am Pilates & cardio session | 9.00am Nutritional & protein-filled breakfast | 10.30am Invigorating hike around our stunning local countryside | 1.00pm Organic, home grown lunch | 1.45pm Afternoon meditation & sound healing class | 2.45pm Deep tissue massage by one of our expert therapists | 3.45pm Nutritional talk, along with Q&A session with our nutritionist | 6.00pm Quiet time, rest & breathe in your accommodation | 7.45pm Nutritious, organic evening meal in the restaurant.
Sunday 25th March: 7.30am Morning juice in the Haybarn, followed by outdoor activity | 9.00am Re-fuel with a protein filled breakfast | 11.00am Bespoke facials with deep head massage, followed by yoga | 1.30pm Delicious organic lunch in the Glass House | 2.30pm Back scrub & deep back massages, followed by a deep sound healing session | 4.30pm Final juice cleanse and de-brief | 5.00pm goodbyes.See more
