B Whole – Cooking and Haybarn Spa Day

TIME: 9.00 TO 17.00

A peaceful and wholesome day that will relax, restore and revive you. Begin the day with a hatha yoga class in our beautiful Haybarn yoga studio lead by our expert instructors. This will be followed by a trip to The Cookery School where we’ll cook a nourishing, tasty lunch. You’ll get hands on with the preparation of a number of dishes designed to reflect the holistic, pure approach to food we have at Daylesford. Focusing on nutritious and healthy approaches to eating, we’ll create a series of dishes that are wholesome, seasonal and delicious. After your cookery session you’ll have the chance to unwind with a 45 minute massage in the beautiful Haybarn Spa.

09.15 – 09.30 Arrivals: Guests should make their way to the Haybarn Spa for a 9.30 start
09.30 – 11.00 Yoga session at the Haybarn Spa
11.00 – 15.00 The Cookery School
15.00 – 17.00 Massage at the Haybarn Spa

£185 per person; includes yoga, massage, cookery class, lunch, refreshments and all course materials.

One day course; 09.30 – around 17.00 depending on the time of your treatment.
