This day is tailored to ensure you spend your time with us feeling relaxed, calm and at peace while nourishing your body with fresh, healthy and seasonal food. You will begin your day with a Mindfulness session in our beautiful Haybarn Spa giving you the chance to reconnect with your inner and outer worlds. This will be followed by a cookery session where you will get hands on preparing delicious, nutritional dishes that will give
your body what it needs at this time of year. After The Cookery School activities you will return to the Haybarn Spa for a bespoke and cleansing facial where our therapists will use treatments matched to your individual needs.
09.15 – 09.30 Arrivals: Guests should make their way to the Haybarn Spa for a 9.30 start
09.30 – 11.00 Mindfulness session at the Haybarn Spa
11.00 – 15.00 The Cookery School
15.00 – 17.00 Facials at the Haybarn Spa
Full Day Course; 9.30 – around 17.00 depending on the time of your facial
£185 per person; includes all course materials and refreshments throughout the day.
