Maintaining balanced nutrition and a clear mind can be a challenge when pregnant, especially if you are feeling tired, anxious or overwhelmed.
A new addition to the COOKERY SCHOOL, this course is the perfect day away for mothers-to-be and a wonderfully a relaxing, restorative and uplifting experience for both you and your little one.
The day begins with a Mindfulness Meditation session at the HAYBARN SPA before heading to the Cookery School where our Tutors and in-house nutritionist RHAYA JORDAN will explore with you simple ways to include nourishing ingredients in your home cooking.
There will be plenty of suggestions for ways to ease nausea and indigestion, as well as how your diet can support breast-feeding and aid post-natal recovery. The day will end with a blissful PREGNANCY MASSAGE back at the Haybarn Spa.
Full-day available only for the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
£195 per person; includes Mindfulness session, cookery class, pregnancy massage, lunch, refreshments and all course materials.
