The benefits of a good night’s sleep are well documented, but, for many of us, it’s not something that’s easy to achieve. With two thirds of adults not getting the recommended eight hours of sleep a night, we have designed an educational day that will support you in getting healthy sleep, so that you can wake feeling rested and ready for the day ahead. 9.30am Check in to the Haybarn reception, where the day’s itinerary will be explained, while you enjoy some nutritional drinks and organic snacks.

10.00am Talk by psychologist and psychotherapeutic counsellor Elaine Slater on sleep hygiene & how we can all get better at it.

10.30am 121 sessions with Elaine on your personal sleep challenges and what you would like to achieve.

121 Reiki sessions with one of our expert reiki practitioners, to balance your energies.

Nutritional talk on what to eat to assist in getting a great night’s sleep.

Relaxing foot scrubs & massages.

12.30pm Nutritious & organic lunch.  Menu designed by Daylesford’s resident nutritionist.

2.00pm Sleep well yoga with one our resident expert yogis.

3.00pm Relaxing facials with deep Indian head massages, using our natural Bamford skin care range.

4.15pm Crystal Bowl Sound Healing session.
