Walking meditation or mindful walking focuses on being consciously aware of the world around you and has been used as a meditative practice for thousands of years. With the guidance of one of our teachers, you will learn how to commune with nature and connect with the moment through the sounds, sensations and scenery of the outdoors.
A meditation exercise suited both to newcomers and those more experienced, our mindful walks will engage all the senses to connect with nature mindfully.
