Developed with our tea master James Thirlwall for use during tea ceremonies at the Haybarn Spa. Organic, wild-harvested, grown from seed and naturally irrigated. Ingredients are selected for health and wellbeing according to the principles of traditional Asian medicine.
Dark leaves with an earthy aroma unfurl to reveal a red-orange tea liquor of subtle sweetness. Harvested from ancient wild tea trees this tea is deeply sustaining and nourishing.
Organic cooked puerh tea. Certified organic by the Soil Association.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves to 250ML of water at 95°C /203°F. Brew for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
