In this unique tea session we will use a simple guided meditation technique will help you to bring awareness to the effects that each tea has on your mind, body and spirit. Teas will be served in the traditional gong fu cha dao style. A relaxed, informal and restorative experience for all. Ideally suited for the curious, the creative and for those interested in a new doorway to meditation practice.
