This fully accredited Mindfulness course will provide you with simple yet deeply effective practises to manage stress in daily life whether at work, home or elsewhere. You will learn to reduce reactions to stressful experiences and to reduce ruminating over the past or worrying about the future. You will learn to live more calmly in the present moment, pacing your life with more awareness and acceptance, easing the chatter in the mind and returning to a more natural state of health and wellbeing.
ABOUT NIKKI JACKSON
Nikki Jackson is a fully qualified Mindfulness UK Networks teacher, having trained with Breathworks, a leading Mindfulness for Health international organisation. She has worked extensively over 25 years with stress related conditions in both the NHS and private sector and is well experienced in using the breath to reduce stress in the mind and body.
