Tanya’s karuna teaching style is a heart-centred approach which develops holistic wellbeing and quietness of mind. Tanya came to yoga through a love of dance and post-graduate studies at the Laban Centre for Movement & Dance.
She has been practicing yoga for 24 years and trained as a teacher with one of Britain’s foremost Iyengar yoga teachers. She mixes yoga teaching in the Cotswolds with her other two passions beekeeping and holistic wellbeing.
